Return and Refund Policy

Return Window — 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns for items that have a verifiable manufacturing defect. The defect must be reported within 30 days of delivery and approved by our team after review.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, including original packaging and all included accessories, when applicable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Electronics and Technology Products

Opened and activated electronic products may only be returned if they present a verifiable manufacturing defect. Returns for opened products without a manufacturing defect will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@novaselectstore.com before sending any item back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at support@novaselectstore.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloaded or digitally activated software

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved for a manufacturing defect, a replacement order may need to be placed separately depending on availability.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional days to reflect the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@novaselectstore.com.
