Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

  • During high volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or international addresses at this time.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated after the order has been processed and shipped:

  • Standard Shipping (Carrier: USPS/UPS/FedEx): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal volume. These delays are outside of NovaSelect Store’s control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary based on weight, size, and destination of your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions that will be clearly indicated on our website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active on the carrier’s website.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

NovaSelect Store is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the carrier first to open a claim.

  2. Then contact us at support@novaselectstore.com with your order number and claim details so we can assist where possible.
    For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery to reduce the risk of loss.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may:

  • Request reshipment to a corrected address (additional shipping charges will apply), or

  • Request a refund for the product price only (original shipping charges are non‑refundable).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices and shipping charges at checkout apply to orders shipped within the United States.
